Moscow International Automobile Salon opened in Crocus Expo
On August 24 major auto companies presented their new models at Moscow Car Show. Pharaoh GC provides security for one of the most expected debut – Lada XCODE SUV Concept. Among other showcased models – Mercedes-Benz GLC coupe, Hyundai Creta and over ten new models from Chinese car makers.
The biannual motor show is held at Crocus Expo for the 5th time this year. Organized by the Association of Russian Carmakers NP and Crocus Expo, the show is supported by the Association of European Businesses in Russia. Facing some difficulties this year, the show encompasses participation of only eight car makers: AutoVAZ, Changan, DFM, FAW, Geely, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz and Ravon. Besides, Volvo dealer Obuhov, IKCO, and LARTE Design also have their stands at the Salon.
Journalists and Business Day invitation holders were the first to attend the Moscow International Automobile Salon on August 24. From August 25 the motor show is open for general public from 10 am to 8 pm, with entry rates varying from 250 RUR (children aged 7-12 years) to 500 RUR (adults).
