The forum is the main platform for interaction between federal legislative and executive authorities, gambling organizers, all-Russian sports federations and professional sports leagues. The Forum Organizing Committee is headed by the Deputy Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Odes Khasaevich Baysultanov. The organizers are the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and the public law company “Unified Gambling Regulator”. The operator is RK-Sport, the sports platform of the Roscongress Foundation. The Forum program includes sessions and discussions of a practical nature on current issues of interaction between subjects of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation and gambling organizers, further prospects for the development of legislation, the introduction of new formats of entertainment competitions, and the policy of responsible gambling.
