Pharaoh GC started providing security for the International Training and Methodology Centre for Financial Monitoring (ITMCFM)

The International Training and Methodology Centre for Financial Monitoring was established by the Russian Federal Financial Monitoring service in accordance with the Decree of Russian Federation Government dated November 21, 2005 № 1989.

The purpose of the organization is to ensure Russia’s participation in the activities of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), FATF-style regional bodies, the Egmont Group of financial intelligence units and other international organizations dealing with combating money laundering and terrorism financing.

The main tasks of the ITMCFM are:

•       organizing programs for personnel training in the field of combating money laundering and financing of terrorism;
•       research and evaluation activities;
•       organizing Russia’s participation in international efforts to combat the crimes;
•       providing technical assistance to Russia and other states, as well as international and regional organizations;
•       media support of  Russian activity in combating money laundering and financing of terrorism.
