The first comprehensive combat sport competition in Sevastopol

The nationwide comprehensive combat sport competition for law-enforcement agencies officers was held in the Crimean Federal District for the first time on April 24-26. More than 50 athletes representing the Federal Bailiff Service, the Federal Penitentiary Service, law-enforcement bodies of Sevastopol and Crimea, of South Ossetia, as well as the Public Security of Vietnam competed for the Cup of Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Crimean Federal District Oleg Belaventsev. Representatives of Pharaoh GC also took part in the event.

Comprehensive combat sport is a relatively new sport that combines elements of freestyle wrestling, box, kickboxing and sambo. It was included in Russian Federal Services training system following the executive order signed by the President in 2009. The team of the Federal Bailiff Service proved the best, winning six fights out of nine.

 Congratulations to the winners!
