Face image and voice recording are subject to transfer. At the same time, the organization must inform the person about the transfer of his data within 30 days. It is possible to refuse the transfer of biometrics in writing through the MFC. You can find out about the use of your biometric data through the service of the State Service. Companies and state structures will not be able to deny services to people if they refuse to provide biometrics.
